Standard International package shipping does not provide tracking or insurance in most countries. Some packages can get stuck in customs and take over 30 days. Some countries will charge an additional customs fee. Some packages get lost. There are no refunds or returns. If you want it guaranteed tracked and insured add an extra $23 and send a message saying you want Priority Shipping.
